Ash-Attack

Ash-Attack

Frequently using his martial arts skills when putting up the shelves in the store room, Ash (or Kirk Douglas, as known to his mum) is the junglist you don't want to mess with. You do, however, want to tune into his show on Bassdrive radio every Thursday for some proper heavy stuff, or try and catch him playing at clubs like Rave Utopia, Bassology or Awol.

Ben

Ben

Second time round with the BM familia, Ben is your man for house every Thursday. Outside the shop, Tidy by name (but not necessarily Tidy by nature), this soulful chap is getting himself well busy with his record label Fresh Minute Music and with ace productions under the name 'Souled'. Know more over at facebook.com/souled.

Dave

Dave

Dave is a real asset to the House department: he's always generous with his chips (KFC) and he's always up for a philosophical debate (fav topic is one's neat hair). Long-term housecat and main buyer of German bits, his unique approach to DJing has ripped the roof off London's hottest venues ('Dig Your Own Rave' at T-Bar these days). Look out for his acclaimed productions as Repeat/Repeat - or best, come and see him at the shop.

Flight

Flight

Flight is a busy lady indeed. Hosting radio shows (pyrotechnic.com), running her own label (Play:Music), gigging about the globe AND performing her very good impression of Zebedee on the dancefooor, vodka in hand - when does this girl rest her locks, we wonder? Not when she is catering to the demanding public in our Drum & Bass and Dubstep departments, we hope.

Goldie

Goldie

The original Goldie, not to be confused with London's drum and bass namesake, this cheeky chappie is BM Soho's quiet but deadly Scottish representative. Shop co-owner and man in charge of ordering all records for the upstairs section. If he wasn't working here, he would be engineer of the Starship enterprise.

Hilit

Hilit

In her previous life in sunny Tel Aviv she was a TV and radio star; now Hilit is BM Soho's very own Digital Content Consultant. Fluttering the biggest hair in town for sure, this lady has a busy diary to match in size - she's also running one of London's biggest recording studios (www.nevosound.com), DJing around town, beat making and oh yes, perfecting her legendary home made Halva biscuits - which will stick in your memory (as well as your mouth).

Jimmy

Jimmy

Jimmy Reckless (soon to be known as Jimmy BM?) is a true vinyl soldier. When not heard presenting radio shows on London's Passion FM, he can be found munching on records in the corner on his lunchbreak. A lover of an afterhour or three, he currently holds a monthly residency in Amsterdam (home to his favourite aftershave, we reckon) as well as playing all over town.

Miss Pink

Miss Pink

BM Soho's very own Miss Pink is the queen of the basement - and no, there's no prize for quessing what her favorite colour is. When she's not managing the DnB department with her muchly needed organisational skills, you can catch the Miss DJing with her Feline ladies around London.

Ray Keith

Ray Keith

Ray 'Star' Keith is world famous as a DJ, producer and owner of more gold jewellery than Mr T. One of the unsung creators of the Drum & Bass/ Jungle scene, Ray "smooth talker" Keith is the man behind the legendary ATM magazine and the popular label Dread recordings.

Sami

Sami

BM Soho's Drum & Bass super-sub, Sami has been a part of the BM family for a few years now. When not in the basement or playing around town, you can find him preparing your morning breakfast in his top notch hotel.

Steve

Steve

Newest edition to the BM family, Steve (or Snooks, as known to his East London hoodies) is working in our web department. When not skanking about in the office, he's busy freelancing as a sound designer, graphic designer and DJ. Check out his own site over at niteshadeinc.com for podcasts and info on his forthcoming projects and label launch.

Youngsta

Youngsta

Known to all as DJ Youngsta, Dubplate Dan is responsible for BM's Underground section. If he isn't busy munching on a fancy take out in the office, he can be found turning it up loud in the basement. Head honcho for Tempa, and resident at FWD and presenter of the Thursday show on Rinse FM, Youngsta keeps well busy.
